Lawyer by the Catholic University Nuestra Señora de la Asunción, she has a diploma in legislation and labor practice, as well as a diploma in graphological  expertise by the National University of Asuncion and an update in insurance law by the University of Buenos Aires.
She is a member of the Board of Directors of the International Association of Insurance Law (AIDA- PARAGUAY).
He is a member of the Presidency Council of the Ibero-Latin American Insurance Law Committee of AIDA (2002- 2006).
Member of the advisory board of ARIAS LATAMA, an insurance and reinsurance arbitration center based in Chile.
Member of the board of directors of the Insurance Law Institute of Paraguay.
Postgraduate professor at the Catholic University for Insurance Law practitioners.
