A lawyer from the Universidad Católica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción, she holds an International Postgraduate Degree in Insurance Law from the University of Montevideo, Uruguay, a refresher course in Insurance Law from the University of Buenos Aires, a Diploma in Labor Law and Practice, and a Diploma in Handwriting Expertise from the Universidad Nacional de Asunción.

She is president of the International Association of Insurance Law (A.I.D.A. PARAGUAY).

She is a full member of the Presidential Council of the Ibero-Latin American Committee on Insurance Law (CILA).

She is a member of the advisory board of ARIAS LATAM, the Latin American Center for Mediation and Arbitration in Insurance and Reinsurance, based in Santiago, Chile.

She is a member of the board of directors of the Insurance Law Institute of Paraguay.

She is a member of the teaching staff of the diploma course on insurance law, offered by the Universidad Católica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción in coordination with the IDSP (Insurance Law Institute).
