Our Foreign Investment Projects Department excels in providing legal advice to foreign clients acquiring, managing or divesting investments in Paraguay.   We deal with all aspects related to clients’ projects, including the coordination of feasibility studies, the contact with the Paraguayan government to promote the implementation of fiscal incentives offered by the Investments and Maquila Acts, and the launching of such operation.

Our Senior Partners have participated in the drafting and implementation of the Law of Incentives for Economic Development (Law no. 60/90) and have Partners with great experience on Maquila, involved for several years in the Committee that created it.
