President of the Supreme Court of Justice 1997, Minister of the Supreme Court of Justice 1995-2003. Professor of Administrative Law and Juridical Technique in the Universidad Nacional de Asuncion and in the Universidad Católica de Asunción. Arbitrator ad-hoc of MERCOSUR.
