We assist both local clients on international commercial transactions; and foreign companies in the establishment and management of their businesses in Paraguay, including the establishment of branches, subsidiaries, and joint ventures.

We have vast experience in assisting clients on a number of projects such as mergers and acquisitions, stock purchase agreements, vendor and seller due diligences, foreign investments and river transportation, having participated in numerous deals.
